Work Packages
Work Package 1: Project Preparation
This work package will focus on investigating the rules, legislations and regulations of inclusive education (IE) for students with disabilities in both partner countries, and analysing the current practices of inclusive education for students with disabilities in EU and worldwide.
Work Package 2: Project Development
This work package aims at: Establishing the inclusive education unit at PC HEIs. PC HEIs have always been committed to providing equal opportunities for disabled students, who are persistently encouraged to benefit from its academic programs, services, and activities.
Work Package 3: Project Quality Plan
This work package will ensure the adherence of all project aspects and outputs to the quality assurance (QA) mechanisms. A Quality plan document that defines the QA procedures for the project will be produced and agreed upon early in the phase of the project.

Work Package 4: Project Dissemination & Exploitation
This WP will exploit the outcomes of the work developed in WP1 and WP2 to launch Edu4ALL at partner country universities. Organising a conference for opening the Edu4ALL to students with disabilities and lunching the Inclusive Education Unit at both PC HEIs is the main goal of this WP.
Work Package 5: Project Management
A principled management of the Edu4ALL project is a key contributing factor for its overall success. Two management committees will be formed, project steering committee and WP leads committee.
