Project Partners
The consortium is composed of three prestigious partners from three different countries in Europe on one side, i.e., one HEI from Greece, one HEI from Spain, and a specialized academic training firm from Germany. On the other side, five HEIs in the Middle East participate in the project, three of them are from Palestine and the remaining two are from Jordan. Additionally, one sustainability development partner from Palestine participates in the project. The Consortium is led by Palestine Technical University- Kadoori (PTUK) at Palestine.

National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (UoA) is the oldest and largest university in Greece, with 43 Departments, 2.104 members of Academic Staff and more than 64.800 students. The Department of Informatics and Telecommunications (participating in the project Edu4ALL with its Speech & Accessibility Laboratory) has 57 academic staff members, over 135 PhD candidates and 180 research associates. Al-Ummah University College (UUC) was established in Jerualem in 1983 AD. It is located on the north of Jerusalem, on the main road between Jerusalem and Ramallah.
It was established as a community until it was coverted to a university college in the year 2019, through the announcement of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Mahmoud Abu Mawais. in the college’s graduation ceremony at the time. It consists of a modern building that includes teaching halls, modern lectures, a theater, a conference and seminar hall, administrative offices, computer and information technology laboratories, graphic design laboratories, workshops, engineering, electrical, technical, and musical laboratories, ceremonies, scientific laboratories, a cafeteria, halls, playgrounds and sports arenas. The college now offers specializations in various fields according to the needs of the labor market and with a capacity of 600 seats. Palestine Technical College (PTC) – Deir El-Balah is a leading governmental college that specializes in technical university education and it was established in 1993. Currently there are more than 1800 student enrolled in the college in 20 diploma programs and 7 B.Sc. programs. The main college campus is located at the city of Deir El-Balah in Gaza strip and it serves students from all over the Gaza Strip due to its central location in the strip. Recently, the college has opened a new branch campus in the north of Gaza City to realize its expansion plans. In the academic year 2018/2019, PTC employs around 220 full time employees of which 130 are academic staff and most of them hold either PhD or master degrees. Around 60% of newly enrolled students are females.
