The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) hosted the sixth Edu4ALL management meeting in Athens, Greece, on the 25th and 26th of June 2024. The fruitful meeting aimed to present and discuss the accomplishments of the Edu4ALL project and prepare for the final report. On behalf of the NKUA team, Prof. Georgios Kouroupetroglou welcomed the attendees and summarized the accomplishments of the development work package of the project.

Edu4ALL coordinator Dr. Eman Daraghmi summarized the project’s work progress at PTUK and the preparation for the final report. She highlighted the unfinished tasks and distributed the remaining duties across partners. Dr. Eman emphasized the significant efforts expended during the project and the importance of reflecting them in the final report. She referred to key issues raised in the midterm report and encouraged partners to emphasize Edu4ALL impact on their insititutions, socity and other HEIs in their countries.

Dr. Ismail Altaharwa from UJ presented UJ’s progress and the current state of the Edu4ALL project. Dr. EzzAldeen AlAdwan from PTC-DA presented the current progress of Edu4ALL at PTC-DA and the difficulties they face due to the war in Gaza. Dr. Mohsen Quasmi from UUC presented the current state of Edu4ALL at UUC. Dr. Nestor Vitora from UPV/EHU summarized the overall progress of Edu4ALL quality control.

During the second day of the meeting, Prof. Yousef Draghmi from PTUK presented the current state of the financial reports and urged partners to complete financial reports and submit the corresponding supporting documents. Prof. Draghmi provided an example to illustrate the process of filling the co-finance part. Finally, Dr. Eman Daraghmi, Edu4ALL coordinator and general manager, announced the completion of the Edu4ALL project and thanked all partners for their endeavors to complete Edu4ALL successfully.
